Q: Who pays for shipping on purchased products?
A: Shipping is to be paid by the purchaser, unless stated otherwise. You must select a shipping option via a pull down menu, during the checkout process, for easy selection.
Q: What are the different shipping methods available?
A: Mediamounts offers online shipping quotes and tracking abilities, for delivery within the U.S. and Canada. Other shipping options include UPS collect, Fed-Ex Collect, Purolator, Purolator Collect, Trucking Quote (which is submitted along with your order – Mediamounts, Inc. will contact you with a quote) or Pick-up when your location is close by.
Stock items require two (2) - three (3) business days to process before shipping standard ground. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, subject to plant closures and carrier holidays.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Mediamounts will begin to process your order immediately. And your on line order will be updated with a shipping date. Please allow 2-3 days for processing plus the shipping period required by the carrier.
