Q: Can I return products purchased through Mediamounts?
A: Yes - Mediamounts.com issues return authorizations. To complete an request for a Return Authorization, ensure that you are logged in, then access "Returns" from the "Support" tab. Be sure to read our return policy and proceed to view our step-by-step Return Request Process. Fill out our online return application. After qualifying your return an RMA Form will be sent electronically to you, which must be placed on the package to be returned. Returns must be shipped pre-paid, standard ground, with an insured courier (e.g. UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.). Retain your waybill, should it be determined that your product is under warranty; Mediamounts, Inc. will credit your freight charges at their discretion. Return Policy
