Q: What happens when I purchase items from Mediamounts?
A: When you are ready to make an order, you may choose from variety of shipping methods, and a shipping estimate can be calculated by selecting the appropriate shipping method. Payment options may also be selected. Once you approve and submit your order you will receive a confirmation via email that your order has been submitted. If any items on your order are backordered, you will receive notification via email and your order will not ship until all items are in stock. An estimated shipping date will be provided and can be followed up through order history. Items in stock will ship, within 2-3 business days. Tracking numbers will appear in order history enabling you to confirm delivery status. Place Order Now

Q: What are my payment options?
A: Payment options vary. During the checkout process, payment options will be displayed via a pull down menu, they include Visa and MasterCard and may include Net 30 day terms (if your on-line credit application has been submitted and approved.)

Q: How do I make an order?
A: To make an order follow these steps:

Step 1: Select a Product
Select products via search, our Product Assistant or the promotions page located under the products tab.
Step 2: View Product Details
View product details by clicking on the desired product from the search results page and add items to cart by pressing "Add to Cart".
Step 3: Confirm Items
Continue to add items to your cart and confirm by selecting "process order".
Step 4: Order Information
Input Purchase Order # (when applicable), confirm or modify shipping address if different from customer information, then press "continue".
Step 5: Order Options
Select shipping and payment options for your order. To receive a freight quote, select UPS Ground as the shipping method and receive an online shipping estimation.
Step 6: Order Processing
Input your collect shipping account # or approve UPS Ground freight quote. If Credit Card payment option is selected in step 6, input card number and complete required fields then press, "continue".
Step 7: Order Submit
Verify all final order information and select "I Authorize this Transaction".
If credit card payment is chosen Mediamounts will then connect via a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection to our Secure Payment Processor Skipjack where payment will be authorized.
Upon submission your order will be sent to Mediamounts, Inc and a copy will be sent electronically to you.
Mediamounts, Inc. will notify you immediately of any back orders and the estimated shipping date you can expect those products to be shipped.
Step 8: Order History
Review all past orders associated with your account via the order history page. Tracking numbers will appear in order history enabling you to confirm delivery status. If you selected UPS as your shipping method a direct link to track your order is provided online for your convenience.

Q: Does Mediamounts.com accept international orders?
A: Mediamounts does not currently accept international orders online. However, if you find a product that you would like to purchase, please contact us through our help desk. We are actively seeking Resellers and Distributors and outside of North America, who are interested in distributing or reselling products through Mediamounts.com. Contact us through the Help Desk if your company would like to receive more information.

Q: Can I place a telephone order?
A: All orders must be placed online for your order to be processed properly. You may contact our customer support team at 1-800-263-8901 and they will walk you through the ordering process step-by-step.
