OEM Custom DesignIf your application calls for a unique design then we can be engaged to develop and engineer solutions to suit your project requirements. From design concepts to production, Mediamounts works with you to deliver on your brand promises. Contract terms vary; typically NRE (Non-recurring Engineering) and tooling costs are covered by the client. Mediamounts will private label its products for qualified Partners and OEM clients, under contract.
Mediamounts utilizes Solid Works design software to turn your custom configurations into a 3-D model that can be rotated through 360 degrees.

Our background started in mechanical engineering so we know the challenges faced on the plant floor, to the assembly line. Many of our mounts can be modified to fit into existing aluminum extrusions used in the automation tooling and assembly industry.
Because a great deal of our component parts are produced on CNC machines were able to accommodate design changes with quick turn around on component parts in order to ensure proper fit, finish and quality.
