All customers wanting to place an order with Mediamounts.com must be logged in users. If you are a new visitor go to Registration in order to login.

Mediamounts.com provides the ability for the reseller to send a quotation to their customer with a mark-up specified by the reseller. The customer will receive a copy of the quotation, displaying their new marked up pricing, with reseller recognition only. All quotes are stored in history for future reference and order creation.

How to make an order on Mediamounts.com?

Step 1: Select a Product
Select products via search, our Product Assistant or the promotions page located under the products tab.
Step 2: View Product Details
View product details by clicking on the desired product from the search results page and add items to cart by pressing "Add to Cart".

Step 3: Confirm Items
Continue to add items to your cart and confirm by selecting "process order".

Step 4: Order Details
Items in your cart will be sorted by Supplier and details will be provided as to where products are being invoiced and shipped from. Press "continue" to acknowledge you understand which supplier your items are being shipped and invoiced from.

Step 5: Order Information
Input Purchase Order # (when applicable), confirm or modify shipping address if different from customer information, then press "continue".

Step 6: Order Options
Select shipping and payment options for your order. If items are supplied by multiple suppliers select from available options for each supplier. To receive a freight quote, select UPS Ground as the shipping method and receive an online shipping estimation.

Step 7: Order Processing
Input your collect shipping account # or approve UPS Ground freight quote. If Credit Card payment option is selected in step 6, input card number and complete required fields then press "continue".

Step 8: Order Submit
Verify all final order information and select "I Authorize this Transaction".

If credit card payment is chosen Mediamounts will then connect via a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection to our Secure Payment Processor Skipjack where payment will be authorized on behalf of our suppliers.

Upon submission your order will be sent to the appropriate supplier(s) and a copy will be sent electronically to you.

Suppliers will notify you immediately of any back orders and the estimated shipping date you can expect those products to be shipped.

Step 9: Order History
Refer to Order History frequently as tracking number will appear enabling you to confirm delivery status. If you selected UPS as your shipping method a direct link, to track your order, is provided online for your convenience. All order, associated with your account, will be accessible indefinitely via order history for future reference.
