The use of Mediamounts website, system or services signifies your agreement with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at Mediamounts sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes.
Registration To Use This System
Registration and use of Mediamounts.com is free of charge. You must complete the registration form, as it applies to your company, in order for Mediamounts to assign the correct price schedule, in the appropriate currency. Registration is quick and will provide instant access to full list prices and most of the features available through Mediamounts.com. To register as a reseller the second half of the application must be completed for Mediamounts to review and approve. Reseller status is awarded by Mediamounts, solely at its discretion, and can be removed at any time, without prior notification.
Use of Site
The products offered, for sale through this site are provided by Mediamounts, Ltd. Mediamounts, Ltd customers acknowledge that the sale of Products may be subject to restrictions and agree to abide by all restrictions posted by Mediamounts, Ltd.
When making purchases or other transactions through this Site, Customers will be invoiced for the Products, by Mediamounts, Ltd and agree to pay in full by credit card or terms agreed upon. Customers agree that all information provided will be accurate and complete. Customers agree to pay all charges incurred by themselves or other users of their account and credit card, at the prices in effect when such purchases are made. Customers will also be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, related to purchases made on the Site. When Customers are invoiced for the Products purchased, payment to Mediamounts, Ltd is due as stated on the invoice. If purchases are paid by credit card, Customers understand that they will provide credit card or other payment information, through Mediamounts.com secure site, to Skipjack payment services ("Payment Service Provider - ") who will authorize the credit card. Customers acknowledge that Mediamounts, Ltd submits final requests for payment to the Payment Service Provider who will use the information provided to accurately charge for any purchased Products, selected through Mediamounts.com. At no time is credit card information ever stored on Mediamounts.com or made available to Mediamounts, Ltd.
Privacy Statement
Mediamounts, Ltd must collect certain information from its' visitors in order to serve them as a customer and for the purposes of user registration, contest entry, promotions or newsletter submissions that may be run by Mediamounts.com. We use contact information primarily to deliver the service requested by our customers. Only by permission of a customer or visitor will any information be used for the purposes of promotion and/or marketing by Mediamounts, Ltd.
Price of Products
Prices quoted for products listed on Mediamounts.com does not include applicable state, provincial, country or other taxes, based on the customers' location, billing and shipping addresses as indicated by the registration profile and/or order process, which Mediamounts, Ltd has on file until the items are placed. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts may be available for larger quantity purchases, and are subject Mediamounts, discretion, per order and per product. Mediamounts, Ltd. is not responsible for any typographical or other errors and omissions.
Credit Card Security
Mediamounts.com uses 128 bit encryption technology to ensure the highest level of security for online credit card transactions. All credit card information is handled by the secure payment processor Skipjack payment services to process all credit card payments. At no time is credit card information ever stored on mediamounts.com or made available to Mediamounts, Ltd. When making payments by credit card, please provide the exact billing address and telephone number as is associated with the card by your financial institution. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Shipping
Products will be shipped subject to receipt of payment authorization on a valid credit card (unless the buyer has arranged credit terms with Mediamounts in advance). Buyers must provide a delivery address. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time (as dictated by carrier's terms and conditions). Mediamounts is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss of product. Shipping charges are seen during the order process and added to invoices at the time of payment authorization. All shipping claims remain the responsibility of the buyer in conjunction with the freight carrier. Freight credits will only be issued upon receiving written confirmation, from the freight carrier, that a claim is approved with affiliate re-imbursement.
Risk of Loss to Products
Mediamounts is not responsible for loss or damaged products in transit. Please ensure you ship any product returns with an insured courier, who provides tracking capabilities, and retain your receipt.
Online Return Policy
Product returns for repair, credit, warranty claim or any other reason will not be accepted without a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA Form). This form is obtained by completing the Return Request through the support section of the web site. When complete your request is then automatically submitted for pre-approval and returned to your e-mail as a printable RMA Form with an authorized RMA#. You will be responsible to print the RMA form, follow the shipping instructions precisely, and attach the RMA Form on the outside of the package(s).
Your return can be REJECTED if it does not arrive with the RMA form on the box or the RMA# is missing or not clearly marked on the box. You must ensure that you follow the shipping instructions as they appear on the RMA Form. All products being returned must be packaged so they arrive in like-new condition with Mediamounts reserving the right to accept or reject the returned product subject to inspection on arrival. For your protection all products must be returned pre-paid standard ground freight (collect shipments will be refused) via an insured courier that has order tracking, such as UPS, Fed-EX etc. Please keep your receipt and tracking number in-case your shipment is lost in transit or if Mediamounts requires a copy to credit your shipment in the case of a warranty claim that is honoured.
Mediamounts, Ltd. return policy is specified on the RMA Form. Mediamounts, Ltd. will not be responsible for any products returned without an RMA Form and authorized RMA#. A restocking fee will be charged to all non-defective products returned for credit after purchase. Refunds will be issued upon satisfactory inspection of the return and approval by Mediamounts, Inc. who will contact you to confirm a credit amount or replacement procedure.
Standard Limited Warranty
Mediamounts, Ltd. warrants that its products will remain free from material defects and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. If a failure occurs in material or workmanship customers must make warranty claims in writing within thirty (30) days of the manifestation of a problem. Mediamounts, Ltd. will determine with the original purchaser if the product defect is covered by the issued warranty. Mediamounts, Ltd. sole obligation under the foregoing warranty is to repair, replace or correct any such defect that is present at time of delivery or term of the warranty. The “warranty period” begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser and continues for five (5) years. A Mediamounts, Ltd. representative or approved service representative must conduct any repairs under this warranty. Excluded from the warranty are problems due to accidents, misuse, misapplication, storage, damage, negligence or modification to the product or its components. Exclusions and limitations: Mediamounts, Ltd. disclaims liability for injuries or property damage associated with installation or use of its products in any manner other than conformance with installation manuals and specification documents. Original purchaser must obtain an RMA (material authorization) from Mediamounts, Ltd. in advance of any warranty activity.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Mediamounts, Ltd. warrants a limited lifetime warranty “lifetime meaning after the product is discontinued, Mediamounts, Ltd. will warranty the product for an additional five years”. Mediamounts, Ltd. warrants that its products will remain free from material defects and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
